You can retake the exam (Canceling exam without finishing is not counted for analysis as it doesn’t provide full overview of a student)

  1. What would happen if I get disconnected from internet in between the exam session?

Don’t finish and close the window when internet is not available. We maintain exam session offline as well once you connect back, we start the session from the point where you get disconnected

  1. Can I get refund for products which I have not used and don’t want to use?

Yes, we refund 50% of the amount (Subject to the terms and conditions) if customer has not used the product.

  1. What if my payment transaction failed and amount got deducted?

We refund the amount back for failed transaction, if amount is deducted, within 7-15 working day.
